It comes with a new Large and used Medium armband, the digital display watch (I just put a brand new battery in this today), a USB cable (not the original cable but works the same, as I have it charging as we speak!).
I will ship this anywhere for the actual shipping fees. It is not that heavy, even with the boxes so I don't expect shipping to be expensive.
