Some Odd Girl's style team is up this week with the Challenge of going

Monochromatic!!!!

I went black/grey but you should see what the rest of the DT came up with..

super cool blues and greens and more black and white!

The tinies are available in the shop now and they are so much fun....

I used Tia and friend and can't wait to colour up a few

more of the little guys!

to keep up with what's going on there even though I am in Ireland now)

Even the little guy is chuffed with his box...

When it rains, it pours.... Literally!

.. it's raining so I don't have to feel bad about

staying inside and starring at my new goodies!!!!

Much better then yesterday when the post man brought 

my VISA bill!!!!!! 

I suppose it's best if we get out of our PJ's and get showered first... sigh,

I know Christmas is so far away but I keep finding myself wanting to make Christmas cards... I know I am not the only one...... 

I made this one for the new sketch challenge over at All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge Blog with the fabulous Holly Starshine Digi from their shop... didn't go too crazy with the sketch.. kept it clean and simple and let the digi do the talking since she is so pretty and festive!

I used one of the new Amy Young digis that I love and think they scream Halloween but can be used for any fun card!!!

Funky Notebook!!

You can have so much fun with digital images... resize, flip them, crop..... anyway...

wanted to dress up this plain kraft notebook and so thought I would use 'Dancin' Mae' digi to funky it up a bit!

Started with plain kraft notebook and pen and dressed up with Some Odd Girl digi 'Dancin' Mae' coloured with Copics.(She has great blowy, straight hair!) Music sheet stamped with black Memento and papers K&Co by Carolyn Gavin.

honeycomb around the Bee didn't workout as I thought it would when I was lying in bed last night not able to sleep...

but I can never quite get the desired effect I am looking for with that stuff.....

Better hit the books!!

A friend of mine was looking for a Harry Potter inspired bookmark for her teenager as a back to school gift (had made a Twillight one for her other daughter)..... turns out Pixie Dust Studios have just released a set of Harry Potter inspired digis you can purchase on Sept. 1st!!  (Can you believe my luck.. he he!)

This little bookmark just slips onto the corner of the page and the ribbon tab makes it even easier to find your page!!
